During the Spring of 2014, we had moved back to Utah and were playing the waiting game while Brett applied to several different places for an orthopedic residency position. It was not the most pleasant of times due to me living in Newton and Brett living in Salt Lake and travelling back and forth. Despite the unpleasantness of living apart for the majority of the spring, we managed to enjoy the spring. We went on a few hikes, had the annual flannel day at the Beav, spent lots of time with family, and Brett was able to obtain a spot at UofU! Yahoo!
